Do you work with clients outside Spain?
Yes — that is exactly what Surestia is for. We work in English and Spanish, schedule calls across time zones, and invoice internationally. Our office hours are 09:00–14:00 and 16:30–19:30 CET, and we reply to every message within one business day.
How do projects get priced?
After a discovery call you receive a written proposal with a fixed scope and price. For ongoing work we offer hour bundles that never expire, so you only pay for what you actually use.
Can you take over an existing website?
Yes. We regularly rescue sites built elsewhere: we audit the code, hosting and security first, then propose either a repair plan or a rebuild — whichever genuinely costs you less over time.
Where will my website be hosted?
On managed European VPS infrastructure that we operate directly. Your data stays inside the EU under GDPR, and you can move away at any time — you always own your domain, content and code.
What happens after launch?
Every project includes a handover with training and documentation. Most clients then choose a care plan so updates, backups, monitoring and improvements are handled continuously.
